I do not use chemical based treatments (pharma) for any maladies so I inquired of Nella if she had any suggestions for relief. She suggested the All in One Salve. After 2 applications the pain subsided and the swelling began to go down. By the third day walking, sitting, lifting and working was near back to normal.
