Roasted Coriander Asparagus

 - Parchment paper
 
Ingredients
- 1 bundle of asparagus, rinsed and ends cut off
 - 2 tsp coriander
 - ¼ cup avocado oil
 - Salt & Pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375.
 - Wash, rinse and chop the ends off of the asparagus and place it into a mixing bowl.
 - Add avocado oil, coriander, salt and black pepper.
 - Toss with your hands until the spices and oil have evenly coated the asparagus.
 - Place on a baking sheet. Depending on the thickness of your asparagus cook between 10-15 minutes.
