At Wellness with Nella, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade aromatherapy products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the following guidelines.

      • You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    2. Non-Returnable Items
      • Due to the nature of the products, some items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. These include opened or used products.
    3. Damaged or Defective Items
      • If you receive a damaged item, contact me within 7 days include photos of the damaged item. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
    4. How to Initiate a Return
      • To start a return, contact me with your request, reason for return and photos if applicable.
    5. Return Shipping
      • For returns, you are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service and insurance.
    6. Refunds
